Our job coaches, many of whom share similar lived experiences with our participants, work one-on-one with you to develop individualized career plans, build workplace skills, and provide ongoing support. We help you navigate the job market, prepare for interviews, and secure meaningful employment.

Workplace Readiness Training

We offer individualized comprehensive training programs covering essential workplace skills, such as communication, teamwork, and time management. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your job.

In-Class Vocational Instruction

We provide year-round supportive vocational and independent living education to high school students with disabilities, Deaf+/HH, and/or neurodivergence through innovative work-based and community-immersed classes. Students gain credit and experience through paid internships and hands-on learning in the community. Students attending Aspen HS, Basalt HS, Roaring Fork HS, Bridges, and Glenwood HS are eligible for services.

Community Navigation

We assist you in navigating your community and accessing resources that support your career development. From transportation training to community resource referrals, we ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.

Employment + Independence

Empowerment Through Employment

Employment acts as a catalyst for higher levels of independence at home, school, and in the community for young people experiencing disability, deafness, and neurodivergence. It gives them agency, a voice, pride, and purpose—all contributing to social-emotional well-being. Cook Inclusive functions as the bridge of support from high school to the workforce, supporting students aged 15 and older through the entire process.

Self-Employment Opportunities

Self-employment provides many individuals with disabilities the opportunity to achieve psychological well-being, social connections, self-determination, and financial independence. Cook Inclusive is committed to supporting those who seek self-employment as an option to succeed.

Collaborations for Employment

We partner with over 80 different businesses to hire our students in all different industries including Aspen Skiing Company, LiftUP, St. Regis Hotel, Bonfire Coffee, Blue Bird Cafe, Pitkin County, Aspen Youth Center, Arc of the Central Mountains, Walmart, Glenwood Springs Community Center and many more!
